VANCOUVER, March 26, 2014 /CNW/ - GOLDCORP INC. (TSX: G, NYSE: GG) is pleased to announce that it has completed the previously announced
secondary offering of 31,151,200 Common Shares of Primero Mining Corp.
at a price of C$7.20 per share for gross proceeds to Goldcorp of
approximately C$224 million. The underwriting syndicate was led by
Canaccord Genuity Corp. and included CIBC World Markets Inc., GMP
Securities L.P., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc. and
TD Securities Inc. Goldcorp no longer owns any shares of Primero.
Primero did not receive any proceeds from the offering.
